DON'T WAIT

Start sharing, that's the only thing that can be done to bring more attention to HAARP and finally receive some answers to what is really going on. The Internet has a way of making unknown information spread like wildfire and this is just the kind of information that needs to be discussed openly. It doesn't even matter how it's discussed, you could love the idea of HAARP or you could hate it, the point is that it needs to be brought to the worlds attention. The Internet was the only thing that even began to shed some light on HAARP for what it could possibly be. It had gone unnoticed, and undetected, however, it is no longer.

HAARP is already capable of so much, but the most powerful thing that it could possibly influence is your very own brain. Don't think its possible? It is time for people to realize that nothing seems impossible anymore in these modern era. One minute something was said to never be possible, then the next someone is already breaking those restrictions. So why put mind control so out of the question?

To truly understand what HAARP is capable of it needs to believed that there is so much less that our government will allow us to know. There is always going to be something so much bigger going on than anyone can ever imagine. However, it is much easier to believe that things like mind control, weather modification, and general destruction are out of human control.

With knowing what HAARP is capable of, and how the U.S responded to the crisis in Haiti, it seems much more plausible that the cause and motives of going to Haiti are much different. Whose to question that HAARP was not used on Haiti to create an artificial earth quake? HAARP would never admit to doing such things, but that doesn't mean it should not be treated like a possibility.

History is an art for the searching of patterns. Certain things in history do not change, and can be easily picked up on once you know what the true motive behind that action is. Stronger nations have always had the desire to control or take advantage of weaker nations for the sake of their own benefit. I see the U.S as no differently from this, only its intentions are much better concealed than they used to be. I will trace the pattern of how a more powerful nation, controls or takes advantage of a weaker one. 

1. A stronger nation would simply attack and conquer a weaker nation.
2. Instead of outright conquering a nation, economic strategies such as mercantilism were used to control another nations economy, essentially controlling the nation. 
3. Colonialism- A mother country would establish a colony, which would benefit mother country more than the colony. 
4. Protectorates- A nation that is protected by another, the protecting nation is allowed to intervene in the protectorate nation when ever seen fit. 

Which leads up to modern tactics on how to emit foreign control upon another nation. It not as easy as simply occupying another country anymore. There needs to be reasons, very elusive reasons that would go undetected while the media covers exactly what you'd expect. However, I believe that the true answers can always be found if it is traced back to its roots. Money and power are two values that have stood the test of time, and all nations that strive to be successful, have to be able to gain those values however possible.

Not only is HAARP capable of weather modification, but there is a list of even more unthinkable abilities. 

• Disrupting satellite communication.
• Can cause interference or TOTAL disruption over large areas of the earth.
• altering region in earth's atmosphere (weather modification.)
• interference of missile and airplane guidance systems.
• Can disrupt third party communication as well as pick up communication signals of others for intelligence reasons.
• Can destroy missiles or planes from long distance.

The developer of this technology, or rather expanded on this technology was Bernard Eastlund. From the research that was made by Nikola Tesla, however he did not want to develop the technology. Tesla in fact believed that this invention could be used for peace, but chose not to even begin discussing it because he believed it was not the time. 

However, that technology I believe is being used now, under the code name of HAARP. It's not that much of a stretch to believe that military which funds the station is using it to test this new weapon. An unclassified research facility, that has tight security, isolated in Alaska, and lets almost no one interfere with the research, yet HAARP claims to be studying the atmosphere? There should be no question that something suspicious is happening.

HAARP is glad to freely answer all questions about it's business in Alaska on the FAQ page on it's main HAARP website. The station consists of 180 antennas that can emit up to 3,600 kilowatts of energy. The reasons for the station being there is said to be for research about the physical and electronic properties of the ionosphere. The program began in 1990 and it was chosen to be built in Alaska for it's prime location. Given the time of day and activity of the sun, the ionosphere over Alaska is said to be most optimal for research because the most ionospheric conditions can be studied. Furthermore, Alaska provides HAARP with a large uninhabited area to occupy because the instruments used by HAARP require areas of low electromagnetic energy, in other words, areas where other technology is not prominent, so interference is avoided. http://www.haarp.alaska.edu/haarp/faq.html

Now call me a conspiracist, but HAARP clearly has some things it is trying to hide. First off, except for only once every two years are people allowed to come visit the research center to actually see what is going on. Other than that there is no entry into the station. Next, HAARP claimed that the reason why the station was located in Alaska was because of less electromagnetic interference, which would make sense, except why is there so much secrecy surrounding HAARP? They say that they are conducting all this research and yet nothing is ever claimed to be discovered at this station. However, the station is known to be funded by the U.S navy and the air force. This would not be the first time that the military covered up what seems like a harmless research facility, when in fact it could be one of the most dangerous weapons ever created.

Is Weather Modification Possible?

Is it really possible to control the weather? A force of mother nature that was previously believed that humans would never have any involvement with. The Environmental Modification Convention was a gathering to sign a treaty agreeing to not use weather modification for any destructive purposes. This convention took place in May of 1977, that should mean red flags should start going up when weather modification technology was already being discussed over thirty years ago. However, the U.S military refuses to say HAARP is a weapon, rather it is the high frequency active auroral research program.

My main concern that I want everyone to know from this video is the beginning part where the idea of what HAARP is capable of is demonstrated on a much smaller scale. I'm not concerned with conspiracies about what HAARP has possibly done, not yet, but rather what it is possibly capable of. If the actual antenna array is capable of emitting 3.6 million watts of energy. With that much energy it is possible to heat the surface of the ionosphere, making it possible to change the weather almost anywhere. This could mean even redirecting hurricanes by using warm fronts, or this could mean possibly devastating whole island nations by a tsunami. Either way, the point is HAARP is capable of saving or destroying the world.
