Human beings have had amazing technological bounds and scientific discovery, but to what extend do we really know about these findings? This is one of those discoveries that has been trying to be excluded from the newspapers, the ability to alter the weather. How is this possible? And how is this weather altering ability being used to our advantage or to our destruction? My interest has been peaked by my stumbling onto this article because one question comes to mind; are humans becoming capable of too much? How do we plan on using this technology? Or what have we already been using it for? My intentions are to find out just what exactly this technology is, who designed it, and what could it be possibly capable of.
